what we do

Two things, done properly

We keep the global desk deliberately narrow, so what we do, we do well.

where we work

Countries we serve

Every country has its own filings, thresholds and formats. Pick yours to see how we work there.

how it works

From first call to first reporting pack

step one

Scope and access

A call to understand your business, your volumes and your deadlines. We write the scope down, agree a fixed fee, and take only the software and bank access the work needs.

step two

Catch-up and clean-up

If the books are behind or messy, that gets fixed first — period by period, fully reconciled, with a written note of what we changed.

step three

The monthly cycle

Books closed on an agreed date every month, reconciliations attached, and a reporting pack in your inbox. Your local accountant gets their schedules on the same cycle.

why this team

What an India-based desk gives you

Working-hours overlap

GMT+5:30 gives a full overlap with the Gulf, Singapore and Australia, and a real overlap with the UK and the US east coast.

Named people, not a queue

The same preparer and the same reviewer stay on your file month after month, so you are not re-explaining your business every quarter.

Zoho Advanced Partner

Listed on Zoho’s own Find an Accountant directory and as a certified Zoho Books trainer. If your system is Zoho, we have built systems like it.

questions

Common questions

Where is the work actually done?

In our own office in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. Your preparer, your reviewer and your point of contact all sit in the same team, so nothing is passed around between subcontractors.

How do the time zones work?

India is GMT+5:30. That gives a full working overlap with the UAE, Singapore and Australia, most of the UK morning, and the start of the US east-coast day. Work you send at the end of your day is usually waiting for you the next morning.

Do you sign off our accounts as auditor?

No. We are your accounting and bookkeeping team, not your statutory auditor. We prepare the records, reconciliations and schedules, and we work alongside whichever local auditor, CPA, chartered accountant or registered tax agent you appoint in your country.

Which accounting software do you work in?

Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Tally and Zoho ERP. We are a Zoho Advanced Partner, so if you want to move onto Zoho we can implement it and then run the books on it — the same team does both.

Can you take over books that are already behind?

Yes. Catch-up work is a normal way to start. We agree how far back to go, clean and reconcile period by period, and give you a written summary of what we changed and why before we move on to the current month.

What does it cost?

It depends on transaction volume, how many bank and payment accounts you run, the software you are on and the reporting you need. Send us your scope through the contact form and we will come back with a fixed monthly fee.

How do you handle our data?

Access is named and least-privilege — we ask for the specific software and read-only bank-feed access the work needs, and nothing else. Documents move through your own accounting system or a shared drive you control, and all access is revoked when an engagement ends.

How do we start?

Send the contact form. We will set up a call, agree the scope in writing, and start with either a catch-up block or the current month, whichever suits you.
