what you get

What we deliver

A pipeline that matches reality

Stages, probabilities and exit criteria built from how your team actually sells, so the forecast is worth reading instead of being quietly ignored.

Automation that removes the admin

Lead assignment, follow-up reminders, approval flows and escalations, so nothing sits waiting on someone remembering it.

Joined to your accounting

Quotes, sales orders and invoices flowing between CRM and Zoho Books, with the customer's payment history visible to the person on the call.

what we set up

What goes into the build

Modules, fields and layouts

Leads, contacts, accounts, deals and your own custom modules, with layouts per team so nobody scrolls past fields they never use.

Lead capture and scoring

Web forms, email and channel capture, de-duplication, and scoring rules that put the right leads in front of the right person.

Quotes and approvals

Branded quote templates, price books, discount approval rules and e-signature through Zoho Sign.

Email and communication

Mailbox integration, templates, sequences and full conversation history against the record rather than in someone's inbox.

Roles, sharing and territories

Who sees what, sharing rules, territory management and field-level permissions — set up once, properly.

Dashboards and forecasting

Pipeline, conversion, activity and revenue dashboards per role, built on the definitions your team has agreed.

Tell us how your team sells.

Your stages, your team size, the systems it has to talk to. We will come back with a written scope and a project quote.

how it works

How we get it done

step one

Scoping call

We map how you work today, what is broken, and what the system has to produce. You get a written scope and a fixed project quote before anything is built.

step two

Build and migrate

Setup, configuration, customisation and data migration on a timeline you can see. You review in a sandbox before anything goes live.

step three

Go live and train

Cutover on an agreed date, then training for your team in their own workflows — recorded, so new joiners can watch it later. Support continues after go-live.

questions

Common questions

What does a Zoho CRM implementation cost?

Implementation is quoted per project once we know the scope, and ongoing work is quoted at an hourly rate. Send us the contact form with your entity, your current system and roughly how many users and transactions you have, and we will come back with a written quote in your own currency.

Can you migrate from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Accounts, contacts, deals, activity history, notes and attachments come across, and we reconcile record counts against the source before go-live so nothing quietly goes missing.

Will CRM talk to Zoho Books?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons to run both. Customers, quotes, sales orders and invoices stay in step, and your salespeople can see whether an account is paying before they promise anything.

Can it integrate with systems outside Zoho?

Yes — through native connectors, webhooks, Zoho Flow or the API. Mailboxes, calendars, telephony, marketing tools, e-signature and your own internal applications are all normal.

Do you customise it, or just switch it on?

We configure it around your process. Custom modules, fields, validation rules, blueprints and workflow automation are part of a normal build — a CRM that does not match how you sell does not get used.

How long does it take?

A focused single-team implementation is usually two to four weeks. Multi-team, multi-territory or heavily integrated builds take longer, and the timeline is written down before we start.

Who pays for the Zoho CRM licences?

You do, directly to Zoho, on your own account, so the subscription stays yours. Our fee is for the implementation, customisation, integration, migration and training.

Will our sales team actually use it?

That is mostly a training and design question rather than a software one. We keep the layouts short, automate the admin, and train role by role in your own configured system — and we record the sessions.

Can you help after go-live?

Yes. A support window is included in every project, and ongoing administration, new automation and reporting changes can be quoted as you need them.
