Onboarding, attendance, leave and the monthly payroll run in one system, with PF, ESI and TDS on salary coming out of the same data. Zoho implementation partners for businesses in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and across India.
One employee record feeding HR, attendance, payroll and the statutory filings, instead of the same joiner typed into four places.
Biometric or app-based attendance, shifts and leave policy flowing straight into the pay run rather than being summarised by hand.
PF, ESI, profession tax and TDS on salary computed from the same records that produced the pay-slip, so the two cannot disagree.
Documents, confirmation dates, reporting lines and the self-service portal your team uses instead of emailing HR for a pay-slip.
Leave types and accrual set to your policy, shift patterns where you run them, and holidays by location.
Salary structure, the components that decide PF liability, pay-slips, full and final settlement, and the year-end Form 16.
Salary structure, leave policy and the statutory position agreed and written down first, because these are what the configuration has to obey.
People and Payroll set up against that, attendance connected, and the payroll output reconciled to your books.
One month run in both the old way and the new, compared line by line, then training before you rely on it alone.
₹4,999 + taxes is the base price for the migration — setting Zoho People and Payroll up and moving your data into it. Work beyond that base is charged by the hour, from ₹1,499 an hour + taxes, and how many hours it takes depends on the state of the data coming across and how much training your team needs. We look at your export first and give you the estimate in writing before anything starts, so the hourly rate is never a surprise at the end. The Zoho licence is separate and is bought by you, directly from Zoho.
Both, and they are separate decisions. This page is the implementation. If you would rather hand the monthly close over entirely - pay-slips, PF, ESI, profession tax, TDS on salary and Form 16 - that is our payroll management service, from Rs.2,000 a month.
We are a partner for both and will run either. Zoho Payroll is the obvious choice when the rest of your stack is already Zoho, because the employee record and the ledger are shared. If you have no other reason to prefer one, that integration usually decides it.
Usually yes, either directly or through a scheduled import, depending on the device. Tell us the make and model and we will confirm before you commit, rather than discovering it during the build.
It computes them from the salary structure, which is exactly why we agree that structure before configuring anything. Profession tax in particular is a state levy and differs between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, so it is set per location rather than once for the whole company.
You do, directly from Zoho, and they stay in your name. Our fee covers implementation, configuration and training. As an Advanced Partner we will point you at the plan that fits your headcount.
The configuration is rarely the slow part - agreeing the salary structure and the leave policy is. Once those are settled, we aim to have a parallel run inside a month, because the parallel month is what tells you it is right.
