Zoho ERP covers manufacturing, warehouse, distribution and retail operations on the same system as the finance. We implement it around how your business actually runs. Zoho implementation partners for businesses in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and across India.
Manufacturing orders, shop floor production, work centres, cost templates and work schedules, with the cost of a finished good landing in the ledger rather than being estimated later.
Multi-location stock, bins, stock transfers, wave picking and putaway, valued the same way in the accounts as it is counted on the floor.
Quality templates, rules, inspections and an inspection worklist sitting inside the flow, so material is checked before it moves rather than after a complaint.
Beat management, offers and schemes, credit limits, delivery and payment collection, salesperson expenses and geofencing for a field sales team.
Price lists, loyalty, sales returns and exchanges, and the Omnichannel commerce module if you sell online as well as through the counter.
Expense capture with OCR, corporate cards, per diem and reimbursements, plus travel requests and policy, priced per employee rather than per user.
We follow one order and one purchase through your business as it works today, and write down where the data actually changes hands.
Modules set up against that map, with the integrations between them tested on your own data rather than on samples.
Balances and masters brought across, a cut-over date agreed, and live hands-on training for each team on the part they use.
₹4,999 + taxes is the base price for the migration — setting a Zoho ERP build up and moving your data into it. Work beyond that base is charged by the hour, from ₹1,499 an hour + taxes, and how many hours it takes depends on the state of the data coming across and how much training your team needs. We look at your export first and give you the estimate in writing before anything starts, so the hourly rate is never a surprise at the end. The Zoho licence is separate and is bought by you, directly from Zoho.
That is Zoho’s charge, not ours, and it is separate from our implementation fee. Zoho’s published India pricing is ₹999 per user per month on Standard and ₹2,499 per user per month on Premium, both billed annually, plus ₹249 per employee per month, with a minimum of five users. Larger deployments are quoted by Zoho directly. There is a 14-day free trial, and we would rather you spent it than took our word for the fit. Check Zoho’s pricing page before you budget, because these are their figures and they can change.
No, and they are often confused. Zoho ERP is the enterprise resource planning product, aimed at businesses running operations — production, stock, procurement and orders alongside the finance. Zoho One is a licensing bundle: one subscription per employee giving access to Zoho’s wider application suite. You can hold a Zoho One subscription and still need an ERP implementation, because the bundle is how you buy, not how the system is set up. If it is the bundle you are asking about, that sits with our other Zoho applications page.
No, and we would usually advise against it. Finance first, then whichever part of operations hurts most — usually stock or procurement — then the rest as the team absorbs each one. A phased build gets used; a big-bang build gets abandoned.
For most small and mid-sized businesses, yes. Where it does not fit is heavy manufacturing with deep production planning, or an industry system your regulator effectively requires. We will tell you if you are in that group rather than sell you an implementation that disappoints.
Where ERP configuration does not reach it, we build it as a custom app that reads and writes the same records, rather than leaving it in a spreadsheet beside the system. The test is whether the data stays in one place, not whether it was configured or built.
You do, directly from Zoho, and they stay in your name. Our fee is for implementation, configuration, integration and training. As an Advanced Partner we can advise which plan fits so you are not paying for modules nobody opens.
It depends on how many modules are in scope and how clean the data coming across is. Process mapping is the first step and a timeline comes out of it. Any number quoted before that would be a guess, and we would rather not give you one.
The finance core is Sales, Purchases, Banking, an accountants’ section and GST compliance, with internal finance controls over the top. Around that sit order management, warehouse management, quality, manufacturing operations, distribution operations and retail operations. Employee expense and travel management are included and priced per employee, and there is an omnichannel commerce module if you sell online. Reporting, customisation and the integrations to other Zoho apps run across all of it.
Yes — GST tracking, GST returns, GST filing and GST payments are a module in their own right, and e-invoicing and e-way bills sit inside the sales flow rather than being bolted on. That matters more than it sounds: the return is built from the same transactions that moved the stock, so the figures you file and the figures in your accounts come from one place.
Yes. Manufacturing orders, shop floor production, work centres and work centre types, cost templates, work schedules and a checklist queue. Quality sits alongside it as its own module — quality templates, rules, inspections and an inspection worklist — so material is checked as part of the flow rather than after a customer complains.
Multi-location stock with up to ten locations, bin management, stock transfers, receives, wave picking, and putaway and move orders. Landed cost can be applied to purchases, so what a thing cost to get onto your shelf is what it is valued at. Replenishment rules are a Premium feature rather than a Standard one.
The distribution operations module covers beat management and a beat app, offers and scheme management, credit limits, profit margin and sales quantity control, delivery and payment collection, salesperson expense management and geofencing. Retail operations adds price lists, loyalty management and sales returns and exchanges.
Standard covers a complete ERP. Premium adds depth rather than new territory: replenishment rules, batch payments, delegated bill approvals, advanced multi-currency, customer hierarchy and groups, a custom dashboard, a report builder, forecasting and anomaly insights, unlimited bins and unlimited custom reports. We would rather start you on Standard and move you up when something on that list is actually holding you back.
Yes — Zoho CRM, People, Analytics, Projects, SalesIQ, Mail and Cliq all integrate. Customisation runs across the system too: custom fields, views, modules, validation rules, workflow rules, custom functions and webhooks, so a process that does not fit the standard configuration does not have to leave the system.
