Leads captured where they arrive, stages that match how you actually sell, and a handover into Zoho Books that nobody has to retype. Zoho implementation partners for businesses in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and across India.
Website forms, calls, email and campaigns landing in one place, so an enquiry is never lost between an inbox and a notebook.
The pipeline built around how your business actually closes work, rather than the demo stages Zoho ships with.
What is in the pipeline, what moved this week and what has gone quiet - reported the same way every week so the meeting is about decisions.
Web forms, email and call sources wired in, with rules deciding who picks each lead up and how quickly it is chased.
Follow-up reminders, stage-change alerts and the small tasks people forget under pressure. Automated where it helps, not everywhere.
A won deal becomes a quote, a sales order and then an invoice in Books, carrying the same figures rather than a second version of them.
We map how a deal moves through your business today, including the steps that live in someone head, and agree the stages from that.
Fields, layouts, pipelines, permissions and the automations, configured and then tested against real deals from your own history.
Existing contacts and open deals imported and deduplicated, then live training with your sales team on their own records.
₹4,999 + taxes is the base price for the migration — setting Zoho CRM up and moving your data into it. Work beyond that base is charged by the hour, from ₹1,499 an hour + taxes, and how many hours it takes depends on the state of the data coming across and how much training your team needs. We look at your export first and give you the estimate in writing before anything starts, so the hourly rate is never a surprise at the end. The Zoho licence is separate and is bought by you, directly from Zoho.
CRM works perfectly well on its own, and plenty of clients start there. The gain from having both is that a won deal turns into an invoice without anybody retyping it, and your sales numbers and your accounts stop disagreeing. That is a reason to add Books later, not a condition of starting.
Yes, both. Spreadsheets are the common case. We deduplicate on the way in rather than after, because a CRM that starts with three copies of your biggest customer is one your team stops trusting in the first week.
Only what you ask for. We set automation to notify your own people by default, and anything that reaches a customer is written by you and approved before it is switched on. Nobody wants to find out what their CRM has been saying.
Yes. The mobile app covers what a salesperson needs in the field - lead capture, notes, call logging and the pipeline - and we set it up and train on it as part of the same work, because that is where most of the updates will come from.
You do, directly from Zoho, and they stay in your name. Our fee is for implementation, configuration and training. As an Advanced Partner we will tell you which edition you actually need, which is often not the top one.
A straightforward pipeline is quick; the time goes on mapping how you sell and cleaning the data you are bringing in. Mapping comes first and the timeline comes out of it, rather than being promised beforehand.
