Your finance team, without hiring one

We take the whole finance function off your desk and keep it running. You keep sales. Everything behind it is ours, anywhere in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or the rest of India.

who we do this for

Two very different starting points

first case

Startups

Nothing exists yet. No ledger, no process, no one whose job this is. We set it up from zero and run it, so you never build a mess you have to pay someone to unpick later.

Set up from scratch

Chart of accounts, the books, and the rhythm of who sends what and when — built once, properly, before there is anything to untangle.

One less hire

You get an accountant and a CA reviewing the work, for a fraction of what an in-house person costs, and none of the hiring risk.

Ready when investors ask

Clean books from month one. Diligence and bank questions are answered from what already exists, not reconstructed in a panic.

Filings never sneak up

GST, TDS and the annual filings are on our calendar, not yours. You hear about a due date from us before it is a problem.

second case

Running businesses

Books already exist, and somebody is already doing this — often you. We take it over as it stands, tidy what needs tidying, and keep it moving without stopping your month.

Handover, not a restart

We work from your existing data, in the software you already use. No migration you did not ask for and no gap month.

The backlog cleared

Unreconciled banks, old open items, mismatched input credit. We tell you what we found before we fix it, and what it will cost.

Your team, freed up

Whoever has been squeezing this in around their real job gets that time back. Usually the founder or an office manager.

Numbers you can act on

A monthly MIS that answers what you actually ask — where the money went, what is owed, and what next month looks like.

how we work

We take all of it. You keep sales.

Ours

The whole finance function

  • Purchases and expenses
  • Bank and cash
  • Reconciliations
  • Payroll and pay-slips
  • GST returns
  • TDS and challans
  • Vendor payments
  • Receivables follow-up
  • Monthly MIS
  • Year-end accounts
  • Income tax filing
  • Audit coordination

Run in Zoho Books, Tally or QuickBooks — whichever you already use. We do not move you off your software to suit us.

Yours

Selling

  • Winning the customer
  • Pricing the work
  • Raising sales invoices
  • The customer relationship

Sales is the one thing we deliberately leave with you. You are closer to your customer than we will ever be, and the invoice has to go out on your terms, in your voice, at your timing. Everything that happens behind that invoice is ours — including chasing it when it goes unpaid.

what it costs

We charge for our time, not your transactions

the usual case
₹2,000 – ₹8,000a month + taxes

We meet on a set rhythm

The books are kept and the filings go out. Where in the band you sit depends on how often we meet and how much of our week you hold.

  • Weekly or monthly review, agreed at the start
  • Books kept current, not caught up at year end
  • GST, TDS and payroll filed on time
  • Monthly MIS
when you need us close
From ₹10,000a month + taxes

An hour with you, every day

A daily connect for businesses where decisions cannot wait a week — fast-moving stock, heavy vendor cycles, or a founder who wants the numbers in front of them.

  • One hour a day, every working day
  • Everything in the band alongside
  • Same-day answers on payments and cash position
  • Priority through the filing season

Why time and not transaction count. Most firms price this by voucher or by invoice, which means the bill moves every month and a good month is punished with a bigger one. We price on the time we set aside for you, so the number is the same whether you post forty entries or four hundred. It also means we are not quietly hoping you send us less work. Tell us how close you want us and we will tell you the figure — in writing, before we start.

the questions we get asked

Common questions

Why do you charge on time rather than per transaction?

Because a transaction count tells you nothing about how much attention a business needs. Two firms with the same number of entries can be worlds apart in how often they need to talk to us. Pricing on time means your bill does not jump in a busy month, and we are never in the odd position of earning less for doing our job well.

Why do you leave sales with us?

Because you are closer to your customer than we can be. The invoice has to go out on your terms, in your voice, at your timing, and a delay on our side becomes a delay in your cash. Everything behind that invoice is ours, including following up when it goes unpaid.

Do we have to move to Zoho Books?

No. We work in Zoho Books, Tally or QuickBooks, whichever you already use. We are a Zoho Advanced Partner and we do move clients across when it genuinely helps them, but that is a separate conversation and a separate decision. Taking over your accounting does not require it.

What happens to the backlog?

We look at it before we quote. Unreconciled bank accounts, old open items and mismatched input credit are common on handover, and clearing them is one-time work that sits outside the monthly fee. You get the finding and the cost in writing before we touch anything.

Do we still need our own accountant?

Most clients on this do not. You get a dedicated accountant doing the work and a Chartered Accountant reviewing it, which is more supervision than a single in-house hire usually comes with. If you already have someone, we work alongside them rather than around them — that is your call, not ours.

How quickly can you take over?

Once we have access to your data and the last filed returns, usually within the same month. We do not ask you to stop and wait for a clean start date. The point of the handover is that your month does not break while it happens.
