GST, MSME, FSSAI, Shops and Establishment — and the returns and renewals that follow. Name the one you need. If it is a registration or a filing, we do it.

Compulsory once you cross the turnover threshold, and often worth having before that, because customers ask for a GST invoice. We register you, then file the monthly or quarterly returns that follow — on their own, or as part of the books if we already keep them.
Our fee from ₹499 + taxes
The registration that puts you on the government schemes, the priority lending window and the payment-protection rules for MSME suppliers. Quick to do, worth doing early.
Our fee from ₹499 + taxes
Anyone who makes, stores, sells or transports food needs one. Which of the three levels applies depends on your turnover and how far you operate, and we renew it before the term you chose runs out.
Our fee from ₹499 + taxes
A state registration, so the form, the fee and the renewal cycle change from state to state. We file it under the Andhra Pradesh and the Telangana rules.
Our fee from ₹499 + taxes
Registration for the establishment and for the employees, where your state levies it, and the periodic returns and payments after that. Usually set up alongside the Shops and Establishment registration.
Our fee from ₹999 + taxes
The Import Export Code your first consignment needs before it clears customs, and the yearly update that keeps it active even in a year when nothing has changed. Same fee either way.
Our fee from ₹499 + taxes
Issued by your local municipal body and renewed on their cycle. Which category you fall into depends on what you do and where you do it.
Our fee from ₹999 + taxes
The DSC most filings have to be signed with. We arrange it with the certifying authority and replace it when the term runs out.

Registration, licence, renewal, amendment or surrender — tell us what you have been asked for and we will tell you what it takes, and what it costs, before we start.
Ask an advisorEvery registration we file goes on our calendar with its own expiry. Nothing depends on you remembering it a year later.
You hear from us ahead of the date, not after it. Renewing on time is cheaper than restoring something that has already lapsed.
Bring us a licence that has run out and we will find out what it takes to put it right, and tell you the cost before we do anything.
The cycles are not the same. An FSSAI licence runs for the term you chose, a trade licence on the municipal year, and the IEC needs an annual update even when nothing about your business has changed. That is exactly why they get missed. We hold the dates so you do not have to.
The timeline is the department's, not ours. GST and FSSAI in particular move at the speed of the officer reviewing them, and a single query resets the clock. We do not quote a date we cannot control — we tell you where it stands instead of leaving you to wonder.
The simple registrations start here. A licence that needs more work costs more, and you see that figure before anything is filed.
Why one number will not cover everything. A Udyam registration and a central FSSAI licence are not the same job, and pretending they cost the same would only mean overcharging for one of them. Tell us the set you need and you get one figure covering all of it, before we begin.
It depends on your turnover, on whether you sell goods or services, on your state, and on whether you sell across state lines or through an online marketplace — that last one can bring you in regardless of turnover. Tell us what the business does and we will tell you where you stand, rather than have you guess from a threshold you read somewhere.
For most small businesses, yes. It is quick, the government does not charge for it, and it is what opens the door to the schemes, the priority lending window and the payment-protection rules that apply when a larger buyer owes an MSME supplier. There is very little reason to put it off.
There are three levels, and which one applies comes down to your turnover and how far you operate — a single small outlet, a business operating within one state, and one operating across several are treated differently. We work out which level you fall into before the application goes in, because applying at the wrong level means starting again.
No. It is a state law, so Andhra Pradesh and Telangana each have their own form, their own fee and their own renewal cycle, and both differ from other states. If you operate in more than one state you register in each of them. We handle the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana filings ourselves.
It is a common enough position and it is usually fixable. Some registrations allow a late renewal with a penalty, others have to be applied for again from the start. We find out which of the two you are in, tell you the cost, and only then do the work.
Yes. The list is the ones we are asked for most often, not the limit of what we file. If it is a registration, a licence, a renewal, an amendment or a surrender, tell us the name of it and we will come back with what it takes and what it costs.
