Inventory, Creator, Analytics, Desk, Sign, Expense and Projects, set up around the Zoho Books you already run. Zoho implementation partners for businesses in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and across India.
Stock across warehouses, reorder levels, batch and serial tracking, and a valuation that agrees with the ledger rather than approximating it.
A custom app for the process no standard module covers, built inside the suite so it reads and writes the same records.
Dashboards that pull from Books, CRM and People at once, so a question about margin does not need three exports and a spreadsheet.
Customer support tickets with the account, its invoices and its open deals visible on the same screen as the complaint.
Documents signed without printing them, and staff expense claims approved and posted to the books without a paper trail.
Not an application but a subscription: one licence per employee covering Zoho’s wider suite. Worth costing once you are past three or four apps, and we will tell you whether it beats buying them separately.
Project tasks, timesheets and billing, so time recorded against a job is the same time that reaches the invoice.
What the app has to do, who uses it, and what it must exchange with Zoho Books. Written down before anything is configured.
Configured or, for Creator, built, then wired to the rest of your Zoho setup and tested on your own data.
Data brought across, a switch-over date agreed, and hands-on training for the people who will actually use it.
₹4,999 + taxes is the base price for the migration — setting any one Zoho application up and moving your data into it. Work beyond that base is charged by the hour, from ₹1,499 an hour + taxes, and how many hours it takes depends on the state of the data coming across and how much training your team needs. We look at your export first and give you the estimate in writing before anything starts, so the hourly rate is never a surprise at the end. The Zoho licence is separate and is bought by you, directly from Zoho.
Zoho One is a licensing bundle: one subscription per employee that covers Zoho’s wider application suite, rather than buying each app on its own. It is a way of paying, not a system in itself. Zoho ERP is a different thing entirely — the enterprise resource planning product for businesses running production, stock and procurement alongside their finance, and it has its own page. Holding a Zoho One subscription does not mean the apps inside it are set up; that is still an implementation. We will work out whether the bundle is cheaper for your headcount before you commit to it.
Usually fewer than you think. Zoho Books plus one application that solves a real bottleneck beats a suite nobody has time to learn. We would rather scope one app well than sell you five that end up half-used.
The process no standard module covers - a site inspection form, an approval chain, an industry-specific register. Because it lives inside the suite, it reads and writes the same records, which is the difference between a custom app and another spreadsheet.
It can, and it is worth it when the register and the books have drifted apart. Stock, warehouses, batches and valuation come into one place and post to the same ledger, so the stock figure in your accounts stops being a year-end guess.
Yes, and that is the point of it. It reads Books, CRM, People and Projects together, so questions that currently need three exports and a spreadsheet become one dashboard that is the same every week.
Tell us which one. The list is what we are asked for most, not the limit of the suite. If it is a Zoho application we will scope it, and if it is genuinely not a fit we will say so rather than take the work.
You do, directly from Zoho, and they stay in your name. Our fee is for implementation, configuration and training. As an Advanced Partner we will tell you the edition that fits rather than the largest one.
